Despite this achievement, more requirements need to be put forward for LED display testing equipment to improve the demand for LED testing equipment. Specifically, there are two trends in the research and development of testing equipment:

1. The detection is expanding to the upstream of the LED display industry chain and supporting industries: LED display has been in the industry chain and cannot meet the actual detection needs. In particular, the LED online detection equipment is only for LED display chip packaging. Including upstream epitaxial growth, midstream chip manufacturing and downstream chip packaging and application product manufacturing, supporting industries include monocrystalline silicon, phosphor powder, driving circuits, etc. For the existing LED display testing equipment, the middle and lower reaches of the industry chain are not satisfied. Therefore, laboratory testing equipment for upstream epitaxial growth and supporting industries, as well as online testing equipment for LED chips, LED packaging (high power, etc.), LED modules, and LED display application products have become the focus of research and development for LED display testing equipment companies. It is reported that the research and development of testing equipment on LED chips and application products has begun, and it is expected to be put into mass production soon.

2. The standard system of the LED display industry is constantly improving, and the degree of specialization of testing equipment is higher: The lack of perfection in the industry standards of the LED display has always been a problem that the country is vigorously grasping, and it is also an obstacle that has always restricted the rapid development of the LED display industry. In recent years, our country has been stepping up the research on the standardization of LED display screens, and it must be perfected on the LED display industry standards. Therefore, the continuous specialization of LED display screens in testing equipment is the general trend. For those traditional testing equipment or Those lower-end detection equipment must have been eliminated by the market!
