2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is a great option for parents looking for an adaptable stroller. It can be converted from a stroller to a wagon just by flipping the handle, which means parents can choose the mode they prefer for their trip. The wagon can hold one or two children from 6 months old to 5 years, and it has a wide storage basket to accommodate everything you need on the go.

The Xplore also comes with two canopies that turn from front to back, ensuring ample sun coverage for all family members. It has a smaller footwell than other wagons. This may not be suitable for long journeys or naps.

The frame on the Xplore feels sturdy and solid however it doesn't have as much flexibility as other wagons we tested. It is also more difficult to fold than many of the competitors and does not secure when folded. It is easy to move, however, and can fit through doors with a width of 28 inches.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This bare-bones double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent option for parents who want a budget-friendly secondary travel stroller. It was awarded an impressive score in our Strollers & Multiples test for weight and size folded, which means it's very light, compact when folded and easy to put into a trunk of a car or closet. It also has an adjustable reclining seat that can be positioned in several positions as well as an adult cup holder. Other important features include two large hanging storage bags as well as 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels.

In our push and turn test, it did better than the majority of other strollers of a similar price we tried, but it's not the most maneuverable on uneven ground or through narrow doors. Its sunshades were among the smallest strollers we test. They only cover the top, and do not feature peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a more extensive canopy.

It's really easy to maneuver and the one-hand reclining of the seat as well as the super large shopping basket make it simple for parent-tots to get the child in and out of the seat quickly. The narrow pushchair sailed through everyday bumps and doorways effortlessly.

The front wheels can be locked into forward positions or allow them to swivel which is helpful when traversing rough terrain. While walking along the stony path we let them swivel and it handled this fairly well, though it did appear more bumpy than the other models in our test.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is known for their 3-wheeler, all-terrain jogging pushchairs, but they also offer a great selection of 4-wheel strollers. The City Tour 2 is one of their most popular models. It folds easily and can fit in the boot of a car even with the carrycot attached.

It is heavier than the other strollers we've tested, but because it has rubber composite wheels it feels sturdy and well-made. It is able to maneuver effortlessly across all kinds of terrain, and it's easy to carry, even when loaded with two children and a shopping bag.

The carrycot and seat both have hoods with pull-down sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are water-resistant and durable, unlike some other prams' hoods which get turned back into toddlers faces.

It's not a lot of storage space, however it does come with a huge basket that's big enough to hold a changing bag as well as plenty of food items. It can also be used with a Baby Jogger car seat for babies who weigh 20 pounds or less (car seat and adapters are available separately). If you are looking for a stroller that can be taken on the road, then the City Tour 2 is an excellent choice.

The wheels are durable and filled with foam, which reduces the risk of punctures. The chassis also has built-in suspension that takes the sting out of bumpy terrain. Our test driver found it easy to push and was able to maneuver it through narrow streets with ease.

It folds automatically and locks in just four steps. It can also be folded and raised for easier transport down the stairs, or in the car's boot. The travel system is also available with the option to add an additional car seat or carrycot using the adaptors included. The brakes are easy to use, using a Single Pushchair sale color coded and flip-flop compatible.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget single person buggy pushchair is surprisingly easy to handle and has great dual suspension, one-hand fold and a practical carry strap. It's also extremely light and durable. The seat can be reclined in several positions. It is equipped with a double-breathable mattress that can be used from birth.

The canopy/seat has two large sun visors that are either fixed or flipped out. Both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't ideal since it's not as silent as Velcro and could wake up napping babies.

The Duet is a stroller with an angled design that can accommodate twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and works with a few carrycots. In twin-mode, the seats can be positioned to face each other or rotate around to face parents, theoretically reducing sibling disputes over who gets to sit with dad and mom. It comes with a massive gear tray, bottle holder, snack trays and a change mat. It also has an automatic frame lock and a compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2

The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger for parents who want to keep active. It is one of the lightest strollers that you can purchase for your child. It also has great safety features, such as the 5-point safety harness and wrist safety strap. It also comes with an innovative twist hand brake that's different than the lever type used on rival models.

The seat is well-padded and has plenty of room to sit in, but the depth of the seat is not as deep as other joggers that we've tested (it's approximately 10"). The storage bin is secured with a zipper to keep things secure. It can hold up to 10 lbs, which is enough for the majority of diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters that will fit the majority of bassinets and infant car seats, but you can use them from the first day with adapters that will fit brands such as BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It folds up compactly and takes about 5-10 minutes to put together with no tools. The manual is easy to understand and includes multiple languages.
