This mellow roast is perfect for relaxing your mind and muscles, whether you're trying to relax during a busy weekday or winding up at the weekend.

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to add balance. The result is a coffee that can be consumed by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After the brewing process, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that the grounds have been saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should then be forced through the grounds by the plunger, but do not stir or stir the coffee, as this can result in unpleasant components in your cup.
