Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy to taste. It mellows and becomes a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a cup that is a great drink by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing. After the brewing process, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds have been saturated and are not over-extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee 1kg, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.
