Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly in terms of weight and size folded. It is the best 2 in 1 car seat stroller value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored highly for maneuverability, a key quality for parents who are looking for a travel stroller that will fit in small spaces. The Delta is a basic stroller, lacking some features other strollers we have tested like a big storage basket or a long recline. It's a great option for families on a tight budget or for those who only need a second stroller occasionally such as for trips to the Zoo.

The LX Side-by-Side is a light and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push.
