Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are made available.

The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll a purchased item like an armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item for one similar one and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't maintain the original level of the item and any money wasted won't get compensated.

The surviving players can acquire Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests, or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment using three categories three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give the player additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains in the space until the next Success result is rerolled. This helps you avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show an explanation and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.

In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This changes the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and accessories. These stones are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. These stones can also be obtained by players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, players must first identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's levels and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he is able to select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item upgrader. It's an excellent option for players who wish to get an edge in battle, but don't want to burden their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto the new gear.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for new players. There are a variety of methods to obtain these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It is achieved by the combination of an item upgrades with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been attained.

Items with upgraded base stats will display an icon of blue in their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked with one another, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires an amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item to be upgraded. On the right side, an image of the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item upgrader mod has reached its maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available for it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will come with discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to provide an additional bonus or effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this could ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to boost the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary depending on its type however, you'll generally require Dilithium along with an amount of Upgrade tokens.

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide additional effects or to increase the item level. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an item, it isn't able to be removed or changed without restriction, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped out without limitation.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components have additional modifiers which can further increase the stats of an item.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense and adds an extra 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire", however increases damage to weapons.

Certain items benefit from being upgraded not so much for their improved stats and more for the fact that it allows players to gain the most value out of a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. These include the type of item (either Weapon or Armor) and the tier of that item, the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've satisfied the conditions for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
